This morning was my first and last time at this place! I went to Vividia Dermatology a few weeks ago and they gave me a prescription that needed to be filled here at Partell only because it was a compound medication or something like that, they also gave me a $10.00 off coupon that they give all first time patients that will need a prescription from this place, so obviously Partell Pharmacy gave them these coupons and promotions correct?? So all of this meant I just couldn’t get it at my regular CVS pharmacy…UNFORTUNATELY!! So I go into Partell this morning to get my prescription and I told the girl I had a coupon from my dermatologist, she asked if I had ever been there before and I said no. She looked at my coupon like it was counterfeit money and said, “I don’t know, cause it’s a copy.” I told her that, that was what the dermatologists office literally gave me. She went in back to talk with someone about it… like really chic, like, do you think I really knew what your coupons looked like before ever seeing the dermatologist and then spent my valuable time making a bunch of fake coupons that I can only use one time?? Get a life seriously, because when she was on the computer looking up stuff she would see I had never been there to pick anything up ever. She was completely rude and attitudinal and treating me like some scammer for no reason at all. What ridiculous customer service and I’m so glad I never have to go back there again, what a complete and utter joke. Not only did I waste my gas driving 20minutes across town, but got treated like crap when I got there. She needs some training on customer service or she shouldn’t be handling customers. So expensive $$$$. She asked me if I wanted to come in to pick it up or have it mailed to me for $5.00? I told her I would pick it up. She told me that when the RX was ready that they would send me a text, which would include their store hours.A couple days later I got a text from them telling me that my RX was ready & it had their store hours. It was shortly after Christmas & I had told her it would be a few days before I would be able to come pick it up when she told me that they would be processing my order. A few days had gone by & I got another text from them telling me that my RX has been ready for 5 days and that after 14 days from date of fill that they would be returning it back to the shelf.I was able to go to their store yesterday to pick it up. Place was easy to find. I saw two doors & on the left door it said to use the door on the right to get in but it was locked. I looked down further & saw another set of doors & those ones got me in. I was greeted twice by two different people upon entering that someone would be right with me. I quickly was looking around to see what they had and saw a bunch of bottles. Guessing that they were vitamins & supplements? I waited at the counter and Jessica V. came to the counter & got my info from me. She wasn't the friendliest, seemed stressed? I didn't have my FSA CC on me so I went to use my debit card. They had the capability to do the touchless system with your debit card but then it wanted me to enter my PIN # then sign for my transaction....so stupid. It defeats the whole purpose of the touchless system. Thank God there is a nice big bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter.When I get a chance I'm going to call my insurance company to see if this drug is covered, my guess since its more of a cosmetic drug that they probably don't. It is very expensive for the small amount I got. If I can't get it somewhere else thats cheaper or if its covered by my insurance then there won't be a need for me to come back here. Less

Excellent service, reasonable prices but most important I actually got full on explanation on how to properly use my prescription medication, not just a print-out. And I could ask questions and not be talked down to NOR hear 'everything is printed in your instructions, if you have any questions call us' BS like in other 'big' pharmacies.... ! I buy my kid's medicine from this place, they always have it in stock even when other pharmacies don't and they deliver!

Extremely disappointed with the main leader/boss of this establishment, have been a faithful customer for many years starting with original brick and mortar location on Eastern Blvd, when they opened the one on West Charleston we switched because it was closer to home then this pharmacy went through changes and closed do we opted to return to Eastern location. Only two compounds which always purchasing, one day there was a mistake on a refill and gave us the incorrect item which we brought to there attention and they took it back and refunded us which I thought was appropriate and just, looking at our history this item never filled with them. Then we were told they could no longer fill one of the compounds so we had to go elsewhere, now the new pharmacy closed after 3 years do tried partell once more and was told yes they can by Marcus but when speaking the next day was told we were kicked out by boss and he never bothered calling us with explination. When I called back asking for explination was told because of the one mishap and boss would have nothing of that and will not speak with us, very unjust and unprofessional! After several days of waiting, I tried calling several times and no one answered so I left a message. After a week and no one calling me back, I drove across town to find out about my prescription. I was told it was a formula they had never made before, and that the pharmacist was going to have to figure out the formula to make my script. (Interesting. My script is for bioidentical hormones and have had these scripts done before. Nothing weird or unusual about my prescription, but, If thats the excuse you're going with, okay. Insert eye roll) So a few more days go by and I get a message on my phone saying they need payment before they can even make my prescription. Fine. so, I call again, cannot get anyone to answer the phone, so again I leave a message. I have left 3 messages since and cannot get anyone to call me back. I'm really happy that the medication I need isn't something that is life saving, otherwise I would die. Perhaps Partells Pharmacy East should hire someone who strictly answers the phones and returns calls, but that might just be to easy. They may have had a plan, but it was clear fairly early that it wasn't a good plan and rather than doing the honorable thing and making other arrangements for patients to have their meds filled, they just let the pile get higher and higher and kept putting people off. I can't imagine how many patients were running around Vegas without their medication. Forget about the fact that the staff was less than supportive, informative or helpful, the real crime was that they didn't do the right thing for their patients. They knew this was coming. There wasn't act of God that washed away one of their facilities. They should have been prepared and when it was clear that they weren't, they should have proactively send the scripts to other pharmacies in the area. They should have done as much of the work as possible as a service. I have never written a bad review before for anything, but this failure by Partell did real damage to me and I am sure to many others. I think everyone should know. You have options. Use them. Less
