This dentist office came highly recommended, and I am so glad I decided to come!There is so much I could say about this place, but I’ll try to keep it short. I’m 57 years old, have lived in four states, and have visited many dentists across the United States. Too often, you run into one of the following: bad vibes, poor customer service, hidden costs, surprise fees, or simply an unpleasant experience.From the moment I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. When I arrived, I immediately felt the warm atmosphere, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. I was greeted right away with a smile and made to feel like a valued guest.Once called back, I was given a tour of the facility and introduced not only to the staff but also to the practice owner. I was assigned a dental assistant who was absolutely amazing. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything—from my insurance coverage to the treatment process—step by step.The 3D imaging of my teeth was impressive, and the dentist took the time to thoroughly explain my dental health, what may have caused certain issues, and the options available to help restore my smile. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and, more importantly, genuinely care about their patients’ health and well-being.Afterward, I met with a team member who reviewed payment options and financing plans. As a nice surprise, I even received a New Patient welcome bag—who does that anymore? Well, Westlake Dentistry does, and so much more.There is honestly so much more I could say about this wonderful office, but I’ll leave it at this: if you’re looking for a dental practice that treats you with respect, professionalism, and genuine care, this is the place. They value your time, provide exceptional service, and make you feel comfortable from start to finish.I can’t stop smiling 😁 about my experience. I even brought my wife later in the day to experience Heaven with a 😁, as well. I Highly recommended! to come make here.
