Everybody in the office was friendly, they treated you with respect, and they were very professional. The hygienist put on some medication on my gums to prevent infection infections and she is having a tray made to put the cream in at home. The only thing I’m disappointed about after I got home and started thinking about the medication and tray is that they did not discuss with me what the cost would be and if the insurance would cover it. I do think the hygienist and dentist needs to be more upfront with the cost and how much the insurance will pay.

My experience was absolutely wonderful the staff is very friendly very knowledgeable financing is very knowledgeable and helpful the doctor was very patient and understanding and when it's a specific details about my plan and what needs to be done and why certain things have to be done not to mention that the high tech technology was amazing highly recommended!!

I had a great experience at Westlake Family Dentistry! I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed, and I was honestly very nervous about the procedure because I had been experiencing pain while my wisdom teeth were coming in.Dr. Adrian Perez did an amazing job. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and the procedure went so smoothly. After having my wisdom teeth removed, I experienced no pain, and my recovery has been going great!I’m very grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Perez and Westlake Family Dentistry to anyone who may be nervous about having their wisdom teeth removed. I'm over the top at the workmanship and the office code of conduct and them taking good care of my situation. I was in the process of considering another place however. I am so happy I choose this one. My blood pressure was up and they consoled me and monitored me and cared for me and consolded me thru every process. The workers there are extremely pleasant and nice. And not one person was acting like they didn't value you as a client. They all seemed so care and over the top. Dr. Perez knew how my blood was up because I was so nervous and he came in and consoled me and he was amazing. So nice and so patient. All them were. They dealt with me like Royalty! And when I got the temporary. BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS DOWN TO THE COLOR even. They got EVERYTHING RIGHT. And beyond infinity. I am SO BLESSED to have chosen them. They called in the med afterwards for me. They were SO PROFESSIONAL and never one ounce of drama at all. VERY VERY PLEASED.

What really sets this office apart is how understanding they are when treatment plans change or customized; they facilitated the reimbursement process for a cancelled procedure secondary to a referral to an oral surgeon recommendation or intervention, and they did it without giving me a hard time or trying to retain deposits. They feel genuine prioritizing what’s beneficial for the patient and make you feel comfortable, respected, and listened to. Because of that, I plan to keep this dentistry as my ongoing provider and highly recommend them to others.
