My wife and I were looking for a king mattress and we decided to give this place a try, based on previous reviews. We were not disappointed in the least—we had an appointment with Shawn, who informed us of our options (about 40-50 less choices than big-box mattress dealers), but significantly better service. We made our selection then and there, with guaranteed delivery and removal within the hour! Needless to say, my wife and I were very pleased to have had a great night’s sleep thanks to Shawn’s expertise and fantastic service, and a phenomenal king bed! Would very highly recommend this business whether you know what you want or need, or not, and our next beds will very much likely be from them as well! We bought two King size Malouf Hyperchill pillows from Shawn Callahan at Mattress by App’t OBX. These pillows are unbelievably comfortable, and very cool/chill. Way exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enuff about our interaction w/Shawn, even though we only bought a couple of pillows from him, he treated it like it was a massive purchase/outstanding customer service.
