Jill was amazing to work with. She negotiated an amazing deal for our clients and was diligent in helping to get it to closing. She is proactive and caring and I highly recommend her if you’re looking to buy or sell a home.

We cannot recommend Jill Watson Smisek highly enough. From the very beginning, she stood out in a completely different class than any realtor we’ve worked with before.Jill guided us through both selling our home and purchasing our new one, and her advice, strategy, and overall expertise were exceptional every step of the way. Our home went under contract in less than a month, and the entire experience felt thoughtful, organized, and incredibly well-executed.What really sets Jill apart is the level of care and professionalism she brings to everything she does. Her recommendations for staging, photography, and videography were spot on, and she even created a custom website page to showcase our home — something we had never seen another realtor do before. She combines strong market knowledge with wise counsel and a calm, confident approach that made a potentially stressful process feel manageable and exciting.Beyond being an outstanding realtor, Jill is simply wonderful to work with. Responsive, strategic, honest, and genuinely invested in her clients. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, we would recommend Jill again without hesitation. She was truly our teammate in every sense of the word!

Jill was so easy to work with. She helped us look at tons of homes, submitted our offer, and walked us through every step until we became home owners. She made home shopping and buying a pleasant experience that was only mildly stressful instead of a painful chore. Pick Jill for your realtor needs; you won’t regret it!
