I was convinced by my good friend who’s been doing Jiu Jitsu here for about 6 months. I’ve always wanted to go to a class somewhere but could never fully commit. From the first moment I stepped into the gym I knew the environment was exactly where I wanted to be! Everyone is super welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable with the sport. I heard about this gym from a few friends that come for jiu jitsu and strength training. They highly recommended it so I enrolled in a beginner barbel lifting series to learn the ropes. I have been training with Concentric for almost two years and cannot say enough great things! Caroline and Victor have a holistic approach to fitness and health - including weights, conditioning, nutrition, stretching, etc. They coach from a place of mindfulness to create healthy and manageable habits for long term health and longevity. The culture of the gym is welcoming to all levels and abilities!
