I was convinced by my good friend who’s been doing Jiu Jitsu here for about 6 months. I’ve always wanted to go to a class somewhere but could never fully commit. From the first moment I stepped into the gym I knew the environment was exactly where I wanted to be! Everyone is super welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable with the sport. All the classes have been very intimate and it never feels like there’s a lack of attention from the coaches. Highly highly recommend!!

I heard about this gym from a few friends that come for jiu jitsu and strength training. They highly recommended it so I enrolled in a beginner barbel lifting series to learn the ropes. Victor and Caroline are both great at putting together a routine and instructing on the proper form. Highly recommend their strength training classes.

I have been training with Concentric for almost two years and cannot say enough great things! Caroline and Victor have a holistic approach to fitness and health - including weights, conditioning, nutrition, stretching, etc. They coach from a place of mindfulness to create healthy and manageable habits for long term health and longevity. I came in knowing nothing about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and after my first class, it made me fall in love. Coach Victor is very knowledgeable about BJJ, and is always there to help and cater to everyone’s needs. The hospitality here is top tier, compared to most of the studios I have attended in the past. Fantastic Jiu-Jitsu Gym for Kids and Parents!Our experience at Concentric Jiu-Jitsu gym has been nothing short of amazing! Coach Victor is incredible with the kids—his patience, enthusiasm, and ability to keep them engaged through a perfect balance of games and skill-building make every class exciting. My two daughters started when they were just 4 and 6, and I’ve watched them grow in confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills week after week.The coaches do an excellent job of encouraging participation while making sure each child feels comfortable and motivated to learn. On top of that, I get to make the most of my time by training in the gym with Coach Caroline, working on my strength while my girls are in class. It’s a win-win for all of us!Getting my daughters into Jiu-Jitsu has been one of the best parenting decisions I’ve made. I have been taking women’s jiu jitsu since November 2024, and I love it. The instructor Caroline is amazing and creates a comfortable and fun environment for all the women. Great community environment I even started going to strength training class. I have been learning great self defense skills and making friends. I cannot recommend this gym more highly.
