They seem so nice, but you end up paying for a bunch of stuff that should be marked on the original price and then when something is not working they won't fix it and give you a hard time about it.

Wife bought 2016 equinox back in September. She wanted to do this on her own and I’m never one to complain but when she brought it home it had a ticking noise and was told it was a normal sound by their mechanic. By January it shut off when she was driving home and it needs a motor. 105.000 miles. My wife and I are both guilty for not looking further into this but having looked up vehicle history after the fact but the vehicle had records of 2 oil changes in 6 years and that’s it. This is my first car. My parents suggested the dealership and helped with looking for the car. Everyone was wonderful and very nice. The car needed some work when my parents first looked at it but the dealership did everything they promised to do to get the car ready. There was an issue when I picked up the car and again, they did everything to make it right. I have been very happy and would recommend them. My parents had always heard good things about them.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to! I drove over an hour to get the specific car I wanted. It had all the features I’ve been looking for and the price was unbeatable! Ron’s isn’t like other dealerships I’ve been to. With it being smaller than most, it really gave homey vibes that made me feel comfortable and the people were more like family than salesmen! I live in New York State and found a car I wanted in Maryland at Ron's. Dealing with them out of state was easy. I then drove to Maryland and drove the vehical. Both Tony and Mark were extremely helpful in all aspects of purchasing this car. Even to the point of me calling a few days later to ask for help with the insurance. No issues, reasonably priced vehicle, and in great shape both bodywise and mechanically. I would recommend Ron's Automotive.
