Our house got flooded due to a pipe in our bathroom etc. - it was a mess ! A friend recommended someone , who couldn’t come out but has worked with Matt and gave him my number. Matt called me asap and met me at my house as soon as he could. Him and his team mate were quick to assess the water damage (it was a big one) , give me a quote and we said yes and he did the rest. 5-6 days for our house to dry with all the machines he brought. All I can say is WOW!!! While having old flooring removed, extensive mold was discovered from water intrusion during Milton. I called and Matt came within 2 hours and stayed into the evening removing and hauling away the moldy materials and treating the source all while showing consideration and safety concerns for my pets and me. His response time was excellent as was the cost.

Our entire neighborhood practically was wiped out by flooding from Helene and every carpetbagger, crook and con artist has been roaming our streets ripping people off left and right. Mr. Dryout was like a breath of fresh air. Not only did they do a great job on our house, but after they gave me their bill for my insurance company, the adjuster refused it because he had already put more money than what they were charging on our final payout. Amazing! When our toilet was leaking and generated a mold patch behind the bathroom wall, they came in and stopped the mold from spreading Stat.
