We had a large pine tree that was about to fall after some rough storms. New Leaf came over the same day, assessed both of our pine trees to make sure they both didn’t need to go. Their pricing was very fair and they were careful to not disturb our aluminum fence that almost touches the tree. The had the tree down in 20 minutes!

From scheduling to work completed, this company was organized and professional. Detailed estimates and invoicing. I didn't feel like I was sold more than I needed. New leaf has great communication skills and they did a terrific job trimming and pruning along with excellent clean up in the work areas. I had 6 trees pruned and I would recommend new leaf. My experience with Tree Care Inc. was very disappointing. The sales representative was friendly and responsive before I signed the contract, but once the contract was signed, communication completely stopped. They didn't show up on the scheduled day and never reached out to let me know or reschedule until I made multiple calls. When they finally came, they were unable to complete the job because their equipment couldn't access the area -- an issue that had already been discussed in detail with the sales representative. On his advice, I even agreed to remove additional bushes to provide better access, something I hadn't originally planned to do. Despite this, they still failed to remove the main tree that prompted the entire project. Despite this, it not only left me with higher cost but added future work to be done and even more expense.Tree Care Inc. has poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
