Mike was our technician today. He was very thorough and took his time. We did not feel rushed at all; he explained everything and made it easy to understand. We had a thermostat replaced and everything works great now. Our unit is 10 years old, but there was no high pressure sales pitch to get a new one. We did sign up for the maintenance agreement which is a great deal when you consider the cost of a service call these days! Mike comes highly recommended!

Mike and Tucker both came out within an hour of me calling. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour of arriving. Both of the gentlemen were very professional and respectful. They took the time to make sure we understood the problem and the repair. I will absolutely be using them in the future.

New to this area and didn’t know who to call. So glad Google pulled through for me on this one. Mike got to me next day, was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and had me fixed up and my AC back up and running within an hour. Mike was fatastic to work with. He got me worked in to his schedule very quickly for a general service call! He showed up when he said he would.
