Jason and Michael (owners) are a great team. They are thorough in finding out what your needs and tastes are. Jason spent time with my wife and I. He made sure every detail was covered. He met us on site and at the local vendor to pick out materials. Pricing is fair and upfront. No tricks or gimmicks, and after 2 jobs with us, they kept on budget and timely. Also to mention, we moved back from Denver last year, and it was fun working with Aspen Properties, being they are originally also from Denver. We could not be happier with how our 2 tier blue stone patio turned out.Jason and his company had great suggestions and design tweaks. We had an old worn out concrete patio with a water feature that had seen better days and had to go. In addition, we had drainage issues that needed to be addressed. Aspen was the company that earned our trust and ultimately our business. Phase 1 to our project is complete and we can not wait to start using it. Michael and his crew worked respectfully each day and made sure the work site was as clean as it could be at the end of each day. It was about 2 1/2 weeks start to finish. We are so happy about how the patio turned out that we aren’t even going to bid out phase 2.
