I 100% recommend Tim if you’re in need of a Loan Officer. After speaking with 5 different loan officers about my mortgage refi the offers were quite competitive but Tim was the clear winner. Tim is phenomenal! I was about to get hood-winked by another broker, and Tim stepped in and reviewed the disclosures and explained how bad it was to do, with that being said, Tim earned out full trust in pursuing a mortgage agreement.
