Tim is a true professional. I had an opportunity to work with him twice. Once I was not able to use his services due to circumstances beyond my control. He was so professional even when I shared the news that I needed to go with the builder's lender in order to get builder incentives. When I needed mortgage services again, he was the 1st person I called.
