Juan was highly recommended to us by our interior designer and he didn't disappoint. We wanted something unique for our fireplace and primary shower that our builder was not capable of doing. As such, we accepted the builder's standard offering for these areas and then allowed Juan to come in afterwards to demolish what the builder provided. The resulting custom tile and stone work that he did for us was spectacular. See before and after pictures below.We also used Juan to install several new light fixtures as well as all of our cabinet hardware. See photo showing kitchen pendant and hardware that were added.His crew was always extremely polite and kept the work areas clean. We would not hesitate to use him again.

Hands down the best remodel experience I’ve ever had! Juan and his team at JLM Contractors LLC did an absolutely amazing job on my kitchen remodel. Everything stayed on track with the original bid and timeline, which I really appreciated. Their project planning and communication were excellent, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I was very impressed with the team at JLM. Juan did a great job coordinating a group of professionals that handled a variety of projects including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and sheet rock work. They handled all those projects (even the smaller ones) with care and attention and did a great job. Also, they were very responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely recommend!

JLM remodeled our master bath and a jack & jill bath. They came to us highly recommended by a friend. We assumed that JLM may provide the typical contractor experience with the usual problems you hear about. However, this is not your typical contractor. They were exceptional in every aspect of the project. Our experience included the following: 1. Juan and his team clearly communicated with us - checking in daily on the work schedule, 2. All subcontractors always showed up on time and completed all work scheduled for the day, 3. All subs cleaned up the work area daily when done, 4. All subs were friendly, very hard working and highly competent in their trade. They were always willing to explain the details of their work,5. Juan and his sons always offered a reasonable work around if something unexpected arose during the reno, 6. No surprises in the budget. Juan was more than fair with the cost of any changes we wanted along the way. There is no question that we would use JLM again for other projects. They are truly a role model for their industry.

One of the hardest things as a homeowner when choosing a contractor? Balancing price vs quality.- Price is easy - bring in a dozen contractors and have them give you an estimate.- Quality - that's a bit more challenging. Unless you have a number of friends who have recommended "their guy" and you can attest to their quality, you are relying on reviews like mine. And who knows how much churn there has been on the team? Are you getting the same quality? What if your needs are a bit different?That's what we loved about Juan and his company:1. It's a family business. 3 generations of contractors. They know their stuff.2. The team? They've been with Juan for years. I found out some of them have been around since his boys where young (now contractors in their own right). That means they are quality and Juan takes care of them.3. Quality? That was the biggest pleasant surprise. His team is not a bunch of handymen (no offense to those who are), but each one is a specialist. Trim work/wood work? Specialist. Electrical? Specialist. You get the idea. What that meant was that they not only where experts, they also gave us input for suggestions that we may not have thought of.We had Juan and team redo our whole house before me moved in. The result? Let me give you a small taste with a before picture. The result...far better than we initially imagined!Thank you Juan, Lucas and team...we will be calling you for our next projects!!
