The old owners and their daughter were rude. The daughter never said hi or thank you or anything. Their demeanor was unfriendly. All before the pandemic. The new owner and his stuff are very friendly. I started going back to water to go on 6 Ave Tacoma!

I cannot say enough positive things about Ken and Purified Water to go. After being ignored, rescheduled, over promised and underserved by my previous water company, I decided it was time to look for something else. I reached out to another big brand name and still haven't heard back from them. When I requested a quote from Purified Water to go, the reply was almost instant. The customer service was great from the beginning and after a week with three unfulfilled water deliveries, Ken was at my door with my order in literally 20 minutes. The water tastes great and the service was personal and great. Thank you so much, I wish we would have switched sooner.
