We began our search for a new mattress. Intentionally we went to a known store. Talked with a man. Not overly impressed and left with questions. Then accidentally drove by Snooze turned around and went back because my husband remembered seeing something about them online. From the time we arrived we were greeted. Ryan asked us questions and assessed our needs. I have a few specific needs due to a health challenge. He recommended 3 mattresses we ought to try out always taking into account my specific need. Then we talked financial options eventually discerning the best solution for us. He answered all our questions and we were quite impressed. Ryan and Kara are absolute experts!! My mattress is only a few years old but I needed a new pillow bad. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable of their vast inventory and helped me pick out a pillow they didn’t even have in store! They can ship to your house or have you pick up in store if there is something they have access to but don’t stock. The curved pillows are perfect for your head/neck. 10/10 recommend for anyone that takes their sleeping seriously.

Ryan, our customer service representative, was exceptional from the moment we entered the store. He thoroughly explained the entire process and identified the pressure points that would be most effective for both my partner and I. After analyzing our data, he presented us with the beds that had proven to be the most suitable for us, allowing us ample time to make an informed decision. The checkout process was incredibly convenient, offering the option to either pick up our beds for free or have them delivered for a fee that goes to a third-party service provider. Additionally, we had the option of opting for special 0% financing for 12 months or choosing to pay using other payment methods. I genuinely appreciate Ryan’s expertise and the exceptional service provided by Snooze, a fellow CBO member.

It was an excellent experience with Ryan who answered questions and was not there trying to get us to buy the most expensive mattress (as they did at Sweet Dreams pushing us to the highest priced Temperpedic, Airloom, Avocado and nothing else). We had investigated mattress brands and understood what was necessary as to asking about Foam Density, Warranty, and Indention Load Deflection, and he knew the answers. Came in to look at Puffy, but looked at others and liked Helix Midnight Elite, but still investigating. Provided us with the Pressure Mapping and it opened our eyes as to the pressure areas and sleep positions. They match the period of times offered for testing by the various manufactures but add more. Will be testing pillows with them and it will be the store we buy our mattress from. As to Sweet Dreams when we went back the same salesman could not answer any of our questions and really didn't like that we did and ignored us and appeared to have a chip on his shoulder and didn't appear too happy that we were looking at other mattresses that were well reviewed and cost less than what he had originally directed us to. Snooze Mattress with Ryan is the place to find the mattress you actually need.
