Can’t say enough about how great my experience was with this mattress store. I have bought from various stores in the past and usually I’m caught at the door by a pushy salesperson. Not here. They have this computerized bed that shows you your pressure points and recommends the firmness of the mattress that suits you and the thing really works. Madeleine was my salesperson and she isn’t pushy at all. She asks the right questions and gets right to the point. No sales talk just how much do you want to spend and here is what we have in your recommended firmness. She even sold me my mattress for less than I was wanting to spend. Her manager Kara assisted her and if Madeleine wasn’t sure of something Kara jumped right in with clarification. Great team and great service. I ended up buying 3 mattresses. Highly recommended this place. 👍

Outstanding experience at Snooze Mattress in Cornelius, but with one serious problem. First, after four years on a high-end traditional mattress that was never quite right, Kara walked us through a smart, no-pressure selection process using technology to dial in proper support and comfort. She took her time and landed on a solution I wouldn’t have considered on my own. Well done, Kara.Now for the problem with our new bed: I can’t get out of it. I mean, I CAN, I just don’t want to. Since delivery, mornings have become problematic. The bed is so comfortable that rolling out of it now feels optional, and I’ve come dangerously close to being late for work more than once. I’m disappointed to report that my alarm clock has lost all authority. Rolling out of bed now requires motivation, planning, and occasionally a life decision.In all seriousness, in addition to how Kara took care of us, the delivery and setup team was flawless—excellent communication, right on schedule, professional, courteous, and friendly. Shoe covers, full setup, all packaging removed, and a thorough walkthrough of the features and controls. Needed to get a mattress for my daughter as she was having neck and shoulder pain. We walked in and she did the sleep assessment which was super helpful in narrowing down which mattress was best. Kara then asked about our price range and then worked in finding the best mattress for her.It's been about a month now and I can report that she no longer has any pain and her mattress is indeed the most comfortable one in the house.
