Very reliable and responsive to short notice

Simple years ago I had them out because my LG refrigerator was not cooling. They informed me that the coils were so filthy that caused the compressor to overwork and eventually fail. They replaced his compressor and clean the coils.Last week they came back out and cleaned the coils again. They were quick and efficient and did a great job.

We had a difficult situation trying to get a giant broken fridge out of our kitchen and these guys took care of it! We didn’t know it would be possible, but Reliable got it done! Ken, was very knowledgeable on the problem I was having wirh my ice machine. They had it fixed and were gone in about 40 min. Ice machine is working fine. Quick easy and painlessIn and out within 30 minutes

My dryer stopped working properly so I called Reliable. They came out within 2 hours took apart my dryer and repaired the issue, they also discovered that my dryer vent was full of lent and a potential hazzard. They could not have done a better job and also made my home safer.

They repaired my speed queen dryer in about an hour and had the parts on the truck. I did not have to order any parts and wait for weeks to get.

The guys arrived promptly and assessed what the issue was. I was provided two options for the repair. Option 1 was to load bearings with grease and when necessary, down the road, replace the parts. Or I could replace the parts now. Both techs suggested option 1, and was the option I chose. I was pleased they did not go deep into my pockets by only offering option 2. This is the second time I have needed their services, on two different bottom mount refrigerators.

Excellent service, fair price. Can’t ask for more.
