Upon caling 16 different companies> this team was the only one that was able to schedule an emergency appointment for a leaky valve on my refridgerator, that caused some flooding in my kitchen. After pinpoining the problen they ordered the new part -made sure no further leaks in the meantime , then came out again to replace the valve as well as installed an external separate mounted new waterfilter, because we did not like the taste of the water through the original fridge filter model. This waterfilter is the best investment ever, the water tastes delicious. The technicians were very professional and friendly as well as very throurough, going out of their way in insuring that everything worked again as it should. They also provided some maintenance tips which are very helpful in extending the life of the fridge. Office administrator Kelly and the service technicians were outstanding, ontime and kept me informed, even called to keep me updated. I highly recommend this Company to everyone!! My refrigerator stopped cooling and every other appliance repair that I called stated either they were too busy and would not make an appointment or stated that it would be days or weeks before anyone could come out to look at my appliance. I stumbled on Reliable Refrigeration and was impressed that Ken was able to come out the same day. He quickly diagnosed our problem and provided an estimate of repairs. A couple of days later, he was back at my home with the needed parts. We were up an running again. Several days later, we were having problems again....Ken stood behind his work, came back out to the house and brought new parts at no charge to me. When this didn't have the results we desired, Ken was relentless in finding the root cause of our appliance issue. He spent time researching the manufacturer's wiring diagram and consulted with an engineer to narrow in on the problem. He found a very rare problem with a door switch that created a cascade of electrical issues with our appliance. The fact that he didn't give up was of utmost importance to us. In today's market purchasing a new refrigerator is tough...many models are out of stock and those that are available are priced twice what I could afford. Our appliance is now running beautifully. Furthermore, Ken was very professional. He communicated accurate timelines to us and kept every promise that he made. He's hardworking, professional, and an all around nice man. We just bought our new home and 30 days in our refrigerator stopped working. We called Tuesday night and Ken and Troy were at my house on Friday and were able to quickly diagnose the issue of a bad compressor due to maintenance neglect from the previous owners. Ken and Troy came back out Saturday morning with the replacement compressor and made quick work of getting it repaired. They completely serviced the fridge, cleaned out years of buildup and all of the components inside looked brand new when they were finished. They explained the process of what they were doing as they were doing it to ensure I understood the steps they were taking to service and check the unit for any other issues. Ken was very knowledgeable about the background and history of refrigerators and appliances as they have evolved in design over the years. He was also well informed of certain issues that have been seen with my particular model of refrigerator and how to troubleshoot. He was then very thorough on what we needed to do to properly maintain our refrigerator so we could get a long service life out of it. The refrigerator and freezer are nice and cold now and it runs so quietly you can't even tell that it is running at all. I will definitely call these guys again for future needs.
