Katy is very experienced and knowledgeable. There are plenty of interns and assistance, to help you with your exercises, and to make sure you are doing them correctly. They also focus on proper breathing and posture. They set me up on a massage table, and Katy works on the areas where I had my surgery. There is an Occupational Therapist who is very good and knowledgeable. It’s not like a factory where they get you in and get you out. I’ve been to many PT practices over the years, and this is by far the best. Only wish they had evening hours. If you can make it during the day, I strongly recommend them.

This office is amazing, the whole team is great! The therapists have a great knowledge and helped me with all my pains. She knows exactly what treatment will help elevaite the pain. I went through my course of treatment and all my pains went away.You will not regret going there.

I can't recommend Katy at Always in Motion Physical Therapy enough! I Travel from Manhattan to Queens because the care I receive is that good. Katy is outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, patient and genuinely invested in my recovery.The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, making every visit a pleasant experience. The office is small, but it's clean, well organized and runs very efficiently. If you are looking for expert, compassionate care I highly recommendation Katy and the team at Aways in Motion Physical Therapy.
