We love having a third party billing agency- It has helped our work flow in the office. We do come across a few errors such as adjustments being entered under the wrong providers and accounts having to be audited. For the most part Prospa has been been very effective and the staff is very friendly, efficient, and a great addition to our office.

We've been working Prospa for about a year and half and have been super happy with the service we have been provided. It took a little bit of time for my staff to adapt to the workflow. But once we got dialed in, the communication was easy and we were able to free up our time in the office to actually deal with patients rather than struggle with insurance reimbursements. Our office had close to $200K in outstanding/denied claims from the VA, most in the 90+ aging where the probability of collections is minimal. Prospa did not hesitate when asked to help. Dana and team are excellent. We are an Anesthesia group that is set up much different than most. Dana was able to navigate through the very difficult process/project of getting us set up within a government agency .
