They responded very quick to resolve a bee issue I was having at the top of my foundation, there was a hole where the bee's were making a nest. I decided to sign up for the annual maintenance program. Communication is excellent, they are always on time and I am very pleased.

I am currently the custodian of my parents’ home, and realized that their current exterminator did not have the services needed for an almost 70 year old house with a wooded yard, which brings more pests than you’d think! I contacted Roland, who came for an initial inspection and treatment, and purchased a service plan with set times for applications that would cover all of the seasonal creepy crawlies that we encounter. Bonus, we had two different types of wasp nests in our hedges, one very aggressive, and he came right out and dispatched them, covered by the service plan. His products are not harmful to kids or animals, which was a bonus! I recommend this company highly!

We called Eastern Pine Pest in hopes they were able to help us with boring carpenter bees! We were pleasantly surprised when we were scheduled for the next morning!! Hooray!! They came and solved our “situation”! We signed on as customers knowing they will be “on top of our situation’. I should add ……no more “uninvited carpenter bees” !! Awesome company and technicians!!

Very happy with Eastern Pine. We had them in initially to address a yellow jacket nest. We ended up purchasing an annual contract. Two weeks later we had cicada killers nesting in the ground on our front walk. They came by and took care of it under our contract. Next spring will be the big test when we see if we have carpenter ants or not!
