We called with swarming nests of what we thought were flying ants. It was wonderful to get right to a receptive person who listened and got us an appointment right away. We were totally satisfied with the visit and they came out again to a second treatment at our request. Opted for a reasonable monthly rate to insure control of the ants.

Friendly, so quick to reply, knowledgeable and professional, they're absolutely wonderful to work with. We’ve tried several different companies over the years and none can compare. In fact l, what I love most about this group is that they have that rare quality of making you feel that you’re not working with a cold, corporate company but with people who really care. Can’t recommend them enough!

I contacted Eastern Pine earlier this summer when we had evidence of some mice in our house. They have been super responsive to our communication and have been able to follow up and seal any access points around the house. I also love that they don't use poison or sticky traps in my home with my dog and toddler. Would definitely recommend!

New customers to Eastern Pines Pest Control and we have been very happy with the service so far. They got us completely set up in our new house with preventative measures and have been back a few times in a timely manner to treat a minor issue. I love that they are very responsive and easily accessible via text as well! Thank you all!

They sealed up the gap where mice were getting into my crawl space. Very knowledgeable about rodent control.

10/10 experience. I was swarmed by yellow jackets after inadvertently disturbing a hive. I texted EPPC and they sent a technician within 3 hours. The yellow jackets were gone the next day. The technician came back to check a few days later and everything was dead. Would definitely use them for proactive and reactive pest control.

I was delighted and relieved with Eastern Pine Pest Control's work. I had several hornet nests wherein the critters were living in nooks and crannies at the door. I thought I might be trapped. After one visit, there was great improvement. And after a second visit, they appear to be all gone. (Fingers crossed because they were driving me insane!)

We needed help with mice in our basement and saw a recommendation for Eastern Pine in our local community group—and we are very glad we did! The time they took up front to go over the options for prevention and removal—especially as we did not want to use poison—was very helpful. Service has been timely, and we always get a heads up by text and a line itemed receipt by email (we are also getting treatment for insects). For our needs and means, the pricing was reasonable. We definitely recommend Eastern Pine Pest Control.

Eastern Pine Pest Control is such a reliable and trustworthy company. All of their workers are knowledgeable, personable and easy to deal with in any situation. They have really helped with mice in my house using various techniques to get rid of them and keep them out. I have greatly appreciated how they get back to you, promptly, with any request or issue. I know there are big pest control outfits around, but Eastern proves you are so much better off dealing with a small, local conscientious company run by people who care. Just based on my experience, I highly recommend you give them a try to deal with any pest issue at your home.

We had wasps which was building a nest into our dormer eaves. I contacted a couple of companies and I found that they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I just wanted the wasps gone. Eastern Pine was great to work with. They were prompt, communicated throughout the process and their price was fair. I would recommend them.
