It went well! I had the deep clean service and I didn’t need my oven or my fridge freezer cleaned out because there were a lot of other things to clean and she did a great job! I am so pleased with how thorough the company is in checking on the cleaning services and just having that “extra set of eyes” is so valuable and appreciated! This is an awesome cleaning service with affordable rates! I purchased the move in package aswell as a wall wash and the house looks as good as new! Exaggerating what these guys can do for you is not possible! They are much more than a house/ apartment cleaning service. They demonstrate in so many ways that they care for their clients (and their clients' pets!). They go beyond their job description to make - and maintain - your place your home! And yes, this is a real review from a family grateful for these guys being the genuinely friendly and proficient people they are - years after first engaging them - unlike so many over the years, they have retained their beyond-business soul!

Very disappointing experience with their cleaning service. The cleaner left multiple areas in the kitchen uncleaned and left my property unattended, despite my clear request to call me 15 minutes before finishing so I could return and lock up.When I brought this up, the manager stated that my request “did not imply” the cleaner should wait — which was quite concerning and not the level of professionalism I expected. Another staff member later mentioned that this cleaner has been missing a lot of details lately, which doesn’t inspire much confidence.The service I received fell far short of what the company advertises in terms of quality and reliability. I truly hope management reaches out to address this situation appropriately and restore some trust in their service.RESPONSE TO THE UODATE LEFT BY POLIDH CLEANING:Your cleaner did call me, and I clearly said I’d be there shortly — yet they still left the property unattended. My request was to call 15 minutes before finishing so I could return and lock up, not to leave before I arrived. Leaving after confirming I was on my way was both unprofessional and discourteous.I never said I’d leave a one-star review unless compensated — I only mentioned that compensation would be fair given the inconvenience and time lost. I was in the middle of a move, and this back-and-forth took most of my day.It’s disappointing to see the situation misrepresented instead of acknowledged constructively. . I've had a few cleaning ladies over the years. Whether it be A self-employed Cleaning Lady who comes in on a regular basis, or even if they are coming from a company. their services don't even compare to the wonderful service you guys have provided. My house has never looked so clean after someone else has cleaned it. The employees Who came to our house were phenomenal. We loved their positive energy, The work ethic, as well as how well we cleaned our house. A few things that I absolutely love about this company is the flat rate that is provided. I also like that they really don’t give time frames because they stay until the job is done and the customer is satisfied. I have never experienced that it is such a wonderful quality That is provided. I cannot wait for my next clean.

Edited: because I was not fully satisfied with the previous deep clean, to rectify my concerns they sent another team of two people a couple weeks later when I was free to make it perfect. I truly appreciated that & would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.Super nice & friendly, took about 10hrs which for only one person is understandable. Service requested was a deep clean, so to only send one person to complete all that was requested is more of an issue with the company not the cleaner.Floors were only wiped, not scrubbed; no spot cleaning on the walls was completed (I was hoping that walls would have been washed for the deep clean request) Sinks weren't scrubbed fully, one sink in the laundry room was missed, but at hour 10/11, one person would be exhausted. Previews reviews show that deep clean has TWO people.Four stars for the cleaner's effort, two stars overall for the company and not having two people come do a deep clean of a fairly large home that's been neglected by an elderly woman for years
