Brandon was great! He was very informative and thorough. He talks through things with you and shows you issues as he finds them, while giving advice and recommendations for fixes or specialist. It's good to be there through the inspection. The report you receive is very detailed, easy to read/digest. If I ever have another inspection I would contact Well Built!
