Very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to be inspected within 24 hours of requesting service and the report was extensive. It even mentioned the best recommendations for remedy on issues found in the home and exterior. Brandon took time to show me his finding after inspection, but also set time out to go over everything with me another day. He’s a great guy for this job!

We’ve had home inspectors before, but by far he is the best of the best. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the house from top to bottom and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail was incredible, and he identified numerous red flags that ultimately helped us make the difficult decision not to move forward with the purchase.What could have easily turned into a costly money pit was avoided because of his honesty, expertise, and commitment to protecting his clients. We never felt rushed, and he answered every question we had with professionalism and confidence.If you’re looking for a home inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely has your best interests in mind, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He saved us from making a very expensive mistake, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

Brandon was great! He was very informative and thorough. He talks through things with you and shows you issues as he finds them, while giving advice and recommendations for fixes or specialist. It's good to be there through the inspection. The report you receive is very detailed, easy to read/digest. If I ever have another inspection I would contact Well Built!
