Simplify met every expectation. They came quickly when my family member passed. Their intake process was very simple and I am well aware from working in the medical field how much these things can cost and all of the add-ons & choices, but they are by far the most straightforward & affordable in the metro. In addition, they messaged me a couple weeks after they had taken care of my family member to see how I was doing. Not at all required, but I found it thoughtful. I will certainly use them again.

Everyone at Simplify was so very helpful in my family’s time of grief and loss. There was no attempt to upsell. They helped with the framework for the obituary. The people in the office were very helpful when it came to obtaining death certificates, notifying government offices, etc. When one person tried to post an inappropriate comment on the obituary, Shannon notified me and asked me if I wanted to allow it to be printed. I really appreciated all of the consideration that folks that Simplify gave us. They were willing to follow up and were gracious at every turn.

The staff at Simplify took me by the hand and ever so tenderly walked me through the cremation process. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, nothing. I was even warned ahead of time that I would have to identify a picture of my Mom before they were able to cremate her body as not to shock me. (I had to do it online) They even helped me with the approval for the payment through the state. The amount of kindness and dignity I received from the staff at Simplify was incredible. They followed up a couple of times after and I was so thankful to have them there. I highly recommend Simplify! Thanks a million!

Was never expecting my father to pass when he did. After everything, a heart transplant, a heart surgery, he was doing great. Simplify was so helpful! We checked out and few places and stuck with them. Having a big family I had a few changes that came throughout the process and they were so accommodating and helpful.
