We came home from vacation after hours on a Saturday to a pipe leak and a bunch of water. Brian was able to come right out within a few minutes, find the problem, and repair it. He went above and beyond checking all the pressures everywhere and cleaned up the space well too. He was extremely kind and professional, and his wife was as well when I spoke with her on the phone when I called to make the appointment request. I highly recommend!

Brian and the team at BF Plumbing performed a complete re-pipe of my home. Brian was extremely professional, always communicating exactly when he would arrive and showing up when he said he would. He was extremely thorough when he evaluated the home for the estimate. The price they quoted was more than fair, especially compared to some of the larger companies in the area. During the estimate Brian offered suggestions when I had questions about add-ons, and never once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me. The estimate was priced line by line and very detailed.Brian and his associated worked extremely hard in order to complete the job as efficiently as possible so my family would not be without water for more than a day. Throughout the process he communicated with me regarding exactly what they were doing, when they they were doing it.Additionally Eva in the office was so friendly and helpful when it came to scheduling the appointments and following up.I could not be happier about how the project turned out. I'm so glad I chose BF Plumbing, and 100% recommend giving them a call if you need any plumbing work done.

I’d already purchased the water heater and accessories, so I just needed the installation done.Before starting, he reviewed my existing setup and pointed out that some of the accessories I’d bought weren’t the best fit for my home. I've worked with Brian three times over the last year on separate issues.
