To my understanding, they were coming Oct 3 and AFTER HOURS so as to not disrupt business. On Oct 14, at 6:30pm, these pressure washers sprayed bleach across our store entrance FROM THE GROUND. They did not come at their scheduled time. They did not give us a heads up. Our employees saw the "Rain" and came out to get our signs and got sprayed with bleach water. One of them had their clothes ruined. They had on a new $80 hoodie just ruined. Three customers came in that had been sprayed. On Oct 15, when I came in, all 5 stores across our side of the shopping center was covered in a crusty dry bleach residue. I am having to call my own Window washers as I don't feel comfortable asking our team to clean it. They obviously can't spray Windex on it as that would be very unsafe. The painting company that contracted Wet n wild has taken responsibility and reimbursed the employee for her shirt. They came to clean the windows as well on Friday Oct 18. I do want to caution new customers to inspect what you expect because this company left a mess behind.
