Shaurya was an absolute game changer in helping us buy our first home. From day one he was incredibly proactive and accessible, always available no matter the time of day, and he genuinely acted like our own personal consultant rather than just a broker, guiding us toward the right property for our needs. His back end team was fantastic too, making sure every piece of paperwork and every detail was handled well ahead of schedule. We had heard so many stress filled stories from friends about mortgage paperwork and the home buying process, but with Shaurya we never experienced any of that. He made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel smooth and easy. We can not thank him enough for the support he gave us in buying our first home, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

I’m so impressed with this group. My partner and I worked with Shaurya and Nigel on the finances for our first joint investment property purchase and would highly recommend them (and will definitely be working with them in the future)! We had calls with other mortgage brokers and didn’t move forward with them. The most important thing that stood out to us was Shaurya & Nigel’s advocacy for us as clients—they had our best interests in mind, and gave us solid advice throughout the entire process. Thank you so much for all your help!
