They also installed a rain shower head, laundry room sink, a hose bib outside and updated my tankless water heater, which was installed wrong by another plumber, bringing it up to code for the County's required permits. I doubt I'm the first to be disappointed in the work performed by Jeff's team, but I saw no critical reviews, so here it goes:I requested Jeff's services as he came recommended to me, to install a water softener drain. A three foot, four inch diameter tube was installed in the ground outside and routed to the interior via three-quarter inch Pex-A. Unfortunately, the drain did not work at all. The water quickly spilled over during the rinsing cycle of the softener I installed. I was charged around $370 for 30 minutes of work and some tubing. I ended up correcting the work by routing the drainage such that it does not spill over and potentially damage the system, especially during freezing temperatures. Had I not done this, the ice storm in January 2024 would have been disasterous to the functionality of the water softener and associated equipment. I attempted to contact Jim within a month of the installation to get it resolved, and was essentially told it was fine the way it was, and was then told he would come out within a week or so. He never showed up and never heard from him again. Less
