I came across Ivorey and what called me was that they manage it all in one platform. I'm a solopreneur and I was exhausted paying for so many different memberships and not having an integrated system that allowed me to run my business with ease.I already tested the automations with clients booking sessions and it's perfect! I don't have to follow up or do any extra work—I feel so happy that I only receive a notification saying something happened, and I just sit back and support my clients.This is my first time using a CRM this complex and detailed. I have to say the learning curve was steep, but I persevered, and now that I've basically migrated most of my back end, I feel ease and calmness. Yes, at the start it's a lot of hands-on work, learning how everything works, using their AI assistant quite often, and sometimes escalating it to the customer team, but it's already paying for it. It has only been a month since I made the change and I already see changes.The customer service is so helpful and patient, I'm grateful and so happy I trusted my gut and chose this change. I just joined yesterday and am so impressed by what is available within this program. I'm pretty new to setting up something of this caliber (I've never had an email list, done email campaigns, scheduled social media posts, or anything of that nature) The guides that are in place to walk you through setting up your most key features were SO helpful. Tech support has also been very helpful to me as I clunk my non-tech savvy self through this process. And who doesn't love a women owned business?? Three cheers to the Ivorey team, you guys are awesome!

Nothing compares to it's hundreds of capabilities, awesome tech support and they know their product well! By far, this is the best platform for an incredibly reasonable price. I can’t recommend Ivorey highly enough. It has genuinely streamlined my business, brought so many moving parts into one place and saved me an enormous amount of time.But what really sets Ivorey apart is the support. There’s an actual human at the other end who doesn’t expect me to know what I’m doing technically, explains things in normal language and never makes me feel dumb for asking a question. That alone is worth a lot!I also love that it’s a women-led business that seems to genuinely understand how women run their businesses and what we actually need.Great system, brilliant human support and one of the best changes I’ve made in my business.

The support at Ivorey is Super encouraging, incredibly responsive, and when you ask a question, they don’t just throw a vague “try this” in your direction and send you off into the technological wilderness. They have removed the duct tape approach, trying to piece together all platforms, and have it narrowed down into one space, with the highest level of support anyone could ever have dreamed of having.
