I cannot recommend Ivorey highly enough - I am average when it comes to tech-savvy stuff, I can usually figure things out, though it doesn't come naturally to me. After years of using other platforms and CRMs, I am happily entrenched in Ivorey land - and the main reason I rate it? Because the ladies who do the tech-support are so responsive, helpful and look at YOUR specific site, rather than sending you generic tutorials. Though their standard tutorials are pretty good too. Plus, I'm saving loads on all the other subscriptions!
