What an amazing experience I had with Lisa! From start to finish she was pleasant and sweet and showed just how amazing her customer service skills truly are! From the phone call to inquire about what services I may need she jumped right in with asking me detailed questions so she could instruct me accordingly. As soon as we got the details settled she set me up with a next day appointment slot and she was on time and very respectful. Because of our proximity she was able to come to me (which as a busy working momma I needed). She gave me so much in just one 20 minute appointment and made sure I was knowledgeable of how to proceed with my needs after her part was completed! We had a great experience using Lisa at Bonton Notary Express as our mobile notary! We hired Lisa to meet with an elderly client at home to notarize legal paperwork and return to our office after notarization.
