They put in a gorgeous pool. Very professional, easy to work with and honest. Tom is a great guy. They put in the best filtration system, it can be controlled with a App, and the cost was fantastic... They were faster than the other companies proposals. *It's been 6 months and this pool is amazing. Filtration works perfectly. I've had pools before and I didn't know it could be this easy. Tom is a very professional and knowledgeable person when it comes to pools. He took his time during our first time meeting. He answered all our questions and offered information valuable to us as a client. Information we had no idea to ask since we are no pool experts.Out of all the companies we reached out to, Simple to Sensational pools was the only company that took out the time to teach, educate, explain every detail that goes into having a pool. We appreciated that because after all it is a huge investment.I had a person from another company come by and look at my yard, say no words, and leave. All he said was, "we will email you a quote" 😤Without asking us what we want.🤔Tom did not do that.
