I had such a lovely experience at R.C Hair & Beauty Parlour. Rebecca was my stylist, and from the initial consultation she was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and reassuring.I came in with concerns about hair breakage and some hair loss, and Rebecca took the time to properly assess my hair and talk through the best options for protecting it while still achieving a style I would love. She recommended a kinky-straight weave with minimal leave-out, which was the perfect choice for me.The result was truly transformative. Nearly two weeks later, I am still absolutely loving my hair. It looks natural, feels manageable and, best of all, the upkeep has been so minimal. Not having to constantly use heat on my leave-out has made a real difference and feels much healthier for my hair.Rebecca also gave me an oil to use on my scalp, and it has been doing wonders so far. The constant itching I would usually experience has calmed down considerably, which I really appreciate.The customer service was five-star throughout. I was offered refreshments more than once, and everyone in the salon was so friendly, welcoming and professional. Communication before and during the appointment was second to none, and the whole experience felt seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.I will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend R.C Hair & Beauty Parlour and Rebecca in particular if you are looking for a stylist who listens, gives honest expert advice and delivers beautiful results.

The salon was open on time for my 9.30am appointment and I was offered a drink. Top scores for me already as this is what I wanted...to walk into a black owned salon that was professional, clean, friendly and organised.My hair was washed and my face and clothes remained dry throughout. If you know you know. Top marks again. I had a treatment and due to an active dry scalp they applied extra menthol to the treatment. This warmed my heart because they cared.Silk press, perfect and my ears were in tact. My updo.... oh my gosh. The hands of perfection. I left feeling that I was really somebody's child. Again... if you know you know. I stood tall.I am travelling from Kent and will be returning to this salon because this is what black excellence looks like. Thank you.

I came here for the first time to have box braids. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming plus I was offered a hot drink which was great. My hair turned out beautifully and I love it. It was a pleasant experience getting my hair done by RC Hair Solutions. The staff were friendly, the service was smooth and my hair was done exceptionally; down to the cornrows under my weave.The hair was plat neat not rushed or bulky and it wasn’t done too tight, my weave was done just how I like it so overall I’m happy.I must say it’s one of my best weaves yet so I will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

I loveeeee my hair. It looks so natural and I am always getting lovely compliments. The quality of the hair is also good. All staff are lovely and introduce themselves which is very professional and the salon has a nice decor. Becky is very talented and knows her stuff when it comes to weave and I put my full trust into her and my hair did not disappoint. I will definitely be back.

I had such a lovely experience. It was just a wash, treatment and blow dry but the stylist was so patient and gently detangled and massaged my head. She left my hair feeling so soft and moisturised. As a natural hair girlie I was prepared to feel some pain but she was soo good - clearly knew exactly how to handle my thick hair. Defo going back x

Rebecca was so helpful and took the time to advise me on what would suit my face, while also taking into consideration the styles she knows I like, having had many ponytails done by her previously.I completely trusted her judgement, and I’m so glad I did because I couldn’t be any prouder of how my hair turned out! They delivered quality customer care from the first text I sent to book an appointment, ensuring they knew exactly what I wanted.This has been the best hair care experience I could’ve asked for as my first time being in the salon. The team work together to create an environment that feels welcoming and pampering. The banter and interactions they have felt familiar - like sitting at your aunts getting your hair done. The services I got were hair washing & a leave out sew in.The hair blend was customised to fit what I wanted and the care taken to ensure a smooth and clean blend between my hair and the bundles was incredible. Also the bundle quality is so lush!My point is I left feeling beautiful and very happy! I will always recommend RC hair to anyone who wants that premium experience or high quality bundles.
