I visited the salon for the first time today, for a relaxer and cut. My hair was broken and not relaxed in a long time, but Rebecca knew exactly how to treat it, and asked questions about my hair to ensure she used the right type of relaxer (sensitive) for me. Not too much heat, not too much product too which has been an issue in other salons for me in the past. Im so pleased with my hair its perfect, and the atmosphere and ladies are so friendly and welcoming. I had a great time and look forward to coming back.

I first came across R.C Hair & Beauty while doomscrolling through Instagram. At the time, I was honestly at breaking point with my hair after damaging it through tight hairstyles, and I was seriously considering cutting it all off and starting over. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, giving me realistic and hopeful guidance on how to care for my hair moving forward without causing further damage.My experience exceeded all expectations. Every staff member was attentive—from offering refreshments to checking in on me by name. It’s rare to feel so genuinely seen and valued, especially on a first visit. Great salon. In and out with no messing around. They see you at your appointed time which i love as super busy. Very polite and courteous. Have recommended this salon to my mum and aunty as they’re very fussy. Staff always treat them with the utmost respect. Becky styles my hair perfectly every time 🙌🏽
