For the price, Ace Car Care are exceptional.A bit of background. A few years ago, I bought a used Mercedes C43 and noticed some damage on the boot lid when I viewed it. I asked the dealership to repair it before I collected the car, but they outsourced the work to a smart repair company. Unfortunately, the colour match was way off, with the paint looking noticeably greener than the rest of the car. After several complaints, the dealership refused to help any further, and the only alternative I was offered was a Mercedes-approved body shop that wanted to charge around four times what Ace Car Care quoted.Thankfully, I found Ace Car Care instead, and they absolutely delivered. The quality of the paintwork is outstanding and genuinely looks like a factory finish. You’d never know the panel had been repaired.Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The value for money is excellent, with the quality far exceeding what the price would suggest.I’ve already started looking at the other services they offer because I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

I have a VW campervan and when I was entering a North Wales campsite a few weeks ago a site worker on a large sit on mower flicked a stones up that shattered then hit the driver’s door causing a golf ball sized dent and splinter fragment damage to the paint.I reported it to the site manager who checked the CCT and admitted it was an accident by a staff worker. I was told no problem; whatever it costs they would pay for the repair.I approached a number of local car paint shops and the quotes were astronomical.I went to Ace Car Care, for a quote and assessment. I didn’t realise the technical problem of matching the flake density and colour of metallic paint. The staff member gave me a complete awareness of the possible problems and pitfalls in clear layman’s terms with a number of different price options. I was informed that the staff member doing the spraying had 40 years experience and would do everything possible to match the panel so I chose the cheaper option one, I was given an appointment time for a few days later dropped off the van at 8 am and picked it up a 3 pm. I was amazed by the service and quality of the repair and at a very competitive price, the van door looks like new, would recommend to anyone, 5 Star services.

Superb service throughout. From first meeting Phil to picking car back up looking brand new again (after scuffing front wing) couldn't fault Ace Cars and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great job respraying my Porsche front bumper and wheel arch and reconditioning my wheels. The communication to colour match and get everything done was excellent. I was also able to use their courtesy car while the work took place. I would definitely recommend.
