I've been working the program with Tammy for 6 months and am very happy with the results! Its the best investment in myself that I've ever made. My body fat % has changed from "obese" to "average" and I am on the cusp of being "fit". I've lost an average 5 year old in weight! I feel 5-10 years younger not packing that damn 5 year old around with me all the time! I enjoy staying busy working in the yard and building things. When I retired 8 months ago, I could manage maybe 3-4 hrs of "work" before being exhausted. Now, I can put in a good 8 hrs if I choose. My energy is up, my body works better, and I feel good about myself. Heck, I can actually take my shirt off and work outside without feeling self conscious now. I've done IP before and lost a bunch of weight, but I quite after phase 1. I see now the importance of following the program all the way into maintenance. I learn so much from Tammy. She is really an expert at this stuff, listen to her, do what she says, and bingo, you get to be who you want to be. I am determined to keep it off this time, and I know Tammy will help me achieve that.

With Tammy’s help and the Ideal Weight Loss Clinic I am currently down 115 lbs. Ideal Protein is great for weight loss, it gets you to burn fat mass while keeping lean mass. Their coaching is awesome for helping un box the habits around why I gain weight, how fat is made, how fat is burned, recognizing my food habits and how to overcome them. I’m someone with 40 years of bad eating habits, I’ve recognized them and have changed them with their coaching help. I’d give more stares if I could.

Tammy is a very knowledgeable, caring life coach. She is with you through ups and downs, and always encouraging. Not judgmental, if you “fall off the wagon“ she just says get back on it. I love her down to earth ways and her truths, which are often hard to hear, but necessary!
