I cannot say enough about the care my sister received at Coffee Creek. The staff not only cared for my sister, meeting her needs with kindness and respect, they also cared and supported my husband and I. We were fortunate and blessed my sister resided at Coffee Creek for several years and we greatly appreciate every staff member.

My family and I had moved my Nana here after an extended stay at the hospital which left her unable to return to her assisted living facility. We had toured the place months before, which the owner Melissa was very flexible and did a wonderful job of showing us the two homes. A few months later in December of 2025, after the hospital stay, my Nana required more around the clock care than was AL was providing for her. I had reached out to Melissa to find a spot had opened up. I will just say the home was very accommodating to us throughout the intake process and was a tremendous help when it came to avoiding going to a skilled nursing facility (I.E. Sharon Care, South Creek, Three Rivers). The intake and assessment was very simple, straightforward and timely. Once we arrived at Coffee Creek the staff there did everything they could possibly do to make us feel welcomed and to ensure that my Nana felt comfortable there, especially since she was battling with Alzheimer's. We quickly realized that the staff took the time to get to know Nora, which really impressed myself and my family. It was very apparent that everyone who worked there really thought of the residents as a piece of their own family and it showed every day. They knew all the little quirks about their residents, the things they liked and disliked, and what it took to make them happy, to feel understood and to be cared for. In my grandmother's final days while she was on hospice we would stay overnight and the staff was not only exceptional to Nora, but to us as a whole family as well. They truly went above and beyond and they made such a positive impact on some of our worst days, despite her only living there for almost four months. They worked very well with hospice and even when we had an incident of trying to get her the correct medications to manage her pain and comfort levels, they really advocated for her and our family. The staff would also come in on their days off during Nora's last days, just to check in and see how everything was going and how the family was holding up. That in itself speaks a lot about the character of the staff and how much they truly and deeply care. Leading up to placing my grandma in a home I really hesitated a lot about adult family homes. I know how difficult it is to fathom putting your trust into a house and people you don't know, leaving your loved one behind and just hoping they'll love and care for them like you do. Working as a Paramedic in Lewis County I was able to have a lot of insight, feeling as if Coffee Creek always went the extra mile to care and advocate for their patients. The homes were very clean, never had a foul smell, no residents were left in soiled garments, they home cooked all their meals and the residents were all very cared for and appreciated. Which ultimately those things were massive deciding factors for my family. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better scenario with the situation we were dealt. This place has staff that cares so deeply for their residents and in the work that they do, and it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who's looking to put someone they love and care for into a home. 10/10 experience. These homes are expensive. Period the end. They all are. But I will tell you that you get what you pay for, and when it comes to caring for someone I love and to see it be done so well, it is a price well paid. I would pick Coffee Creek over and over again if I had to. Monica, Joslynn, Blanca, Ciara, Daniella, Jayden, Danielle, Marianne, Tara, Johnell, Alma and Melissa. Thank you all endlessly. From the Family of Joyce DavisJoyce lived at Coffee Reek House for 2 1/2 years. She passed away at age 101 and all the employees were so gracious, compassionate, and caring to Joyce. The kindness and care went beyond just her physical need; they took time to visit and help her anyway they could. Joyce especially loved to tease and give the girls a hard time, but the girls called her bluff and gave it right back to her and that meant a lot to Joyce, it actually made her feel at home. And home is what Coffee Creek and Lander House is. It's a home with 6 private bedrooms, I believe in each house. The girls make wonderful home cooked meals and the night shift girls do a lot of the baking. The home always smells wonderful. You don't feel that you are in a facility, you feel like you are at home. The residents eat their meals at the dining room table together and also have activities. Joyce said numerous times how much she liked it there and the food was always delicious.The staff was so warm and friendly to Joyce's family when we came to visit and always had time to answer our questions, all staff was very professional. As others have said, everything about Coffee Creek House was exceptional and outstanding, just a wonderful experience for Joyce and her family.

When we had to transition our parents from one assisted living place to another, Lander House welcomed them with open arms! The staff made our parents feel so much at home with their gentle care. It gave us kids peace of mind. And when our dad passed the staff was very tender and compassionate with our mom. God Bless the staff at Lander House!
