Hōm Personal Training

Motivation, although a powerful emotion, has always been fleeting for me when it comes to my health and fitness journey. Over time, I’ve learnt that what really drives progress in fitness, like every other aspect of life, is consistency and discipline. Hom is like a cheat code to maintaining that - consistency becomes easier and discipline is built together.
The beauty of Hom is the unique atmosphere they have curated: safe, silly, and striving for success.
I reluctantly joined Hom in Autumn 2025 on my mother’s insistence and have come to really love the community and support. As a girlie who used to spend most of her time in the gym on cardio machines and glute exercises, Hom has pushed me way outside of my comfort zone - with bench presses, chin-ups, and deadlifts, to name just a few. About six months in, I am feeling stronger and more confident in the gym than ever.
Nitin, Jared, Ro, and Krish are incredibly skilled at what they do and do it in a way that is fun and supportive. Not only do they coach you to become better and stronger, but they themselves are also constantly striving to improve - always looking for ways to refine their programmes, create new events, and set up initiatives to help the wider community.
Something I wasn’t expecting about Hom is that it isn’t just about fitness; it’s about wellbeing, both physical and mental. If you’re having a hard time, you’ll always have a coach willing to lend an ear and offer support. I think it’s truly special to find a community that makes people feel so supported.
As such, I’m certain that if, like me, you reluctantly try a taster session, you may also come to love this community just as I have.
