Lee gave a qoute over the phone and described the work to be done. As agreed attended site the next day and cleaned blockages in drain then carried out camera survey and explained all the faults that were found in detail and how they could be rectified. Lee was very respectful and polite. Lee gave the option of the less expensive camera survey to find out faults and is really knowledgeable. Costs to do survey/cleaning works was very reasonable. Reactive Drains also carry out remedial works,drain installations.We are awaiting remedial works qoute to rectify defects and additional work later on.Would definitely recommend and deal with again - Thank you.
