Peter was great from start to finish on our latest project. We needed expert advice to complete our garage conversion and Peter was able to work with the engineer and certifier to make the structural modifications necessary. We felt we could trust Peter to provide real and honest advice throughout the process. Peter is an extremely experienced and professional builder. Thank you for all your help on our project.

I have no hesitation in recommending Peter for all your structural building needs. We live in Minyama and we were preparing for house painting when we discover a structural problem in our balcony supports. Peter attended immediately and identified what need to be done, put in temporary safety supports and then gave us a full quote. He started to work in two days and didn't stop until the job was complete

Peter and his team recently completed a renovation for me at our home on the Sunshine Coast. Peter is everything you would hope for in a tradesman and building company, from the initial consultation through to the finished product plus really great value for money. Great to have a builder like him on the Sunshine Coast!

From the moment I came across Toto Properties and Peter earlier this year our knockdown rebuild project became seamless. We moved into our new home last week, and it is absolutely brilliant. Toto Properties customer service, regular communication, and attention to detail were much appreciated. My favourite part of the home is how comfortable, and well insulated the build is due to the quality of workmanship. Highly recommend Toto Properties to anyone going down the custom new build route.
