Michelle provides incredible support throughout the the Health and Happiness program. I am now living a life that is more aligned with my values which brings me much joy and happiness. The goals that I set with my initial 1:1 coaching call with Michelle included creating mental space (I was living in overdrive), to be more present when spending time with my family and to find clarity on my career direction. I was able to achieve this and more in the 3 month program with Michelle's support. I was unsure about what to expect from the group coaching sessions but this is such a valuable part of the program as it connects you with women on the same journey (at different stages), the shared experiences are just inspirational and we all learnt from one another. Most women feel guilty about spending money on investing in themselves but I absolutely recommend this program if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or burnt out or overfunctioning and not living the life you desire. I felt this same guilt and uncertainty but the investment was absolutely worth every cent. Thanks Michelle, you are truly an amazing person!
