Steve came out, we reviewed everything that needed to be done at two houses, and then completely ghosted us. I wrote and asked for his estimates, he said he’d get them over…wrote and asked for him to include taking out an additional tree… toning. Many attempts were made. Nothing. Which is sad to me, be cause when he came over, he was super knowledgeable, super easy to talk to. That’s why the company gets the two stars…but really, it should be 0 since I wasn’t able to get them to do the work.

More than EXCEPTIONAL!! As we've shared on Next Door to many - all need to know what a GREAT group this small biz is! Canopy Tree Care not only has state-of-the-art equipment and knows how to use it efficiently as pros, they are personable and went the extra mile in many ways - a RARE find these days!! They also protected our lawn, bushes and flowers too which we were certain would be sacrificed in some form since other bidders also told us to expect. Plus the clean up was immaculate, where no one could even tell they were there AND they were priced the BEST as well!! These days when shortchanging and the runaround are the norm - it certainly is notable when receive beyond EXCELLENT attention, work going beyond expectations. If need Tree service call Steve at Canopy Tree Care! We're so happy they are worth a 5+++ STAR review and need to be recognized for a job beyond well done!

My expectations for great work have been reset... Steve was super responsive, communicative, and timely. Not only was the price reasonable, he gave us feedback on what would actually be a problem (we thought way more would be problematic) and did not try to take advantage of our tree ignorance. They squeezed into a small area taking care of our uplighting and our fence and took down two split sweet gum trees that were choking out our oaks without damaging the oaks or a single light. My mind was blown. I actually had neighbors texting me their praise as well.Magnificent work, 11/10 - I will use them for all tree removal and trimming needs.

Steve the surgeon did a top notch job on taking out a large tree in the backyard. Great communication, and detail. We watched them carefully extract this tree while respecting our property. Steve is the kind of guy you'd want to have a beer with at the end of a day. My kind of people. If you are reading this, I think you found the company you need to hire. Competitive pricing as well!

Highly recommend! The owner Steve is such a wonderful guy and he went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be using him for any tree service in the future and had a great experience working with him.

Absolutely—I’ve got you 😊 Here’s a polished, 5-star Google review that highlights everything you mentioned while keeping it natural and authentic:⸻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had a fantastic experience with Canopy Tree Care! From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, skilled, and incredibly professional. They took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions with confidence and expertise, which I really appreciated.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they showed up exactly when they said they would—punctuality like that is rare and so refreshing. Not only did Corey do a great job with the tree work itself, but he also left my yard looking clean and neat, like he was never even there.I highly recommend Canopy Tree Care to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. I will absolutely use them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Cory came and gave a quote in less than two days after calling, then we scheduled the work a week later. Their crew was competent and respectful. Both Cory and Steve are excellent. I really appreciated the fact that one of the owners (Steve) was doing the actual work so he was easy to communicate with and there was full accountability within the job site. Kudos for them also wearing appropriate safety gear. I'm very happy with the work and the price was very reasonable.

Cory was great to work with. He and his team did an amazing job. They trimmed dead wood and cut back limbs that were encroaching too close to the house and driveway, and ground down a stump. At the end of the day the trees and my yard looked amazing. The trees and the whole yard felt lighter and brighter. The crew went above and beyond to clean up the yard at the end. I work in parks and recreation and wanted a company that cared about the health of the trees in how they performed their work. I would use this company again and highly recommend them!

I was concerned about my enormous 300+ year-old live oak, so I called several tree companies and Cory from Canopy was the first to respond and showed up the same afternoon. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the characteristics of the tree, its natural response to aging, and what organic measures I could take to improve its health. He could easily have tried to sell me on making expensive cuts, but he sold me instead on how much his company treasures trees and wants them to thrive. Five stars well deserved.
