Rudy was very reliable from the moment we decided to hire him. He brought everything we needed: a contract specifying all the details of his warranty, and his insurance policies, which he showed us so we could feel more confident that he was indeed insured. He also brought his contractor's license to help us obtain any permits from the city, if required. He even created a design so we could see our vision.
