We had some questions for Humana a couple of years ago and talked to Jodi, our Humana local rep. Glad we did, she was very knowledgeable about the different types of Medicare Advantage programs and we went with a PPO plan, beings snow birds we needed to be covered in Florida and Illinois. She has been great, nice to know that she does care about her clients, gives you the options and you have to decide which is best for you, no hard sell. I would definitely recommend her.
