I had a great experience with this inspector! They were thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly. The inspection report was detailed, well-organized, and easy to understand. I really appreciated their attention to detail and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable inspector!

Julian at Area Inspections was GREAT!! He did a home inspection for a purchase we were making in Big Bear. He was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He really took his time to make sure everything was checked and double checked. He even found termite damage the termite inspectors missed!! 10/10 would recommend him to all our friends and family.

I am a first time home buyer and I used Julien from Area Inspections, twice when looking to buy a home, both times he was prompt and thorough. He answered any questions we had and also explained the additional services that came with booking his company. His inspection report was very detailed both times and he was kind enough to answer any questions we had after the inspection was complete. We have his number saved for future homes we may get! Thank you Julien!

Julian was our inspector and he was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. As a first time home buyer I am not familiar with what I need to look for in a house and with his detailed report and pictures he provided he really helped me with the items of concern that need to be repaired in the property.Thank you Julian.

Our house inspector Julian was very pleasant to work with. He thoroughly inspected all areas of our new home. He gave a clear breakdown of what was working well including our air conditioning, lights, water, etc. as well as what needed repairs such as parts of the roof and other nooks of the house. He was very friendly and professional and would highly recommend their services.
