Shockingly my blood pressure was down, I mean WAY DOWN. That alone deserves major kudos to the professional staff at AID. I must have a black star on my chart notating me as a "problem patient". I'd agree with that assessment however there's no need to fear Dr. Noe or any of the staff there as they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have been waiting for my daughter's records to be sent to another dentist for two weeks and was just told the release of records form has been sent over to her day twice, which is a LIE, just like they lied to me when I brought my daughter in to have her wisdom teeth removed at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and was told the amount of her wisdom teeth removal had been discussed with my daughter's father. We walked out of this office without having her wisdom teeth removed because they were just going to charge him without letting him know how much this was going to cost. This place is a joke! I wouldn't even give them one star, but in order to post you have to at least give them one.Also, Jamie, the office manager, discussed my ex-husband's financial info (how he was paying for his and my daughter's dental visits), and that violates his HIPAA rights. Sounds like she is notorious for discussing information she should not have access to based on a goole review from 2 months ago. If you don't want certain information out there, I would make sure you either don't put personal information on your patient records forms or find a different dental office. Less

I also fear for other patients and their medical history being leaked as a way to intimidate or humiliate them, as it was done to me. Less
