I really enjoy this gym. The coaches are very good, supportive, and always willing to help. The gym has a great atmosphere, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The gym is clean, well maintained, and in good condition. The front desk assistant was also very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

I started a few months ago and i do the competitive boxing class and its been great the coach is amazing and very knowledgeable and the desk lady is super nice and friendly as are all the people here over an amazing gym highly recommended

I signed up for a class a few weeks ago when I showed up at the time I was first told by the young lady at the counter that the class didnt exist ,then when I mentioned that you had called me earlier that day to confirm my attendance she said oh ok just go in the next room and wait .I did not get one hello or anything from the instructor in the next roomI have been and trained in many gyms from new England to Miami and this was the worst experience I've had im just trying to get back into it after 2 yr layoff I guess this place really didn't want my business. I was not impressed not sure if I will be back

It has been a positive experience from day one. All of the coaches are amazing and professional. If your child is interested in learning more self defense skills or boxing I highly recommend this gym.

I love, love this place for Rock Steady Boxing!! The class time is convenient, the price is reasonable and the owners and staff couldn't be nicer and more attentive!!
