Edgars was fantastic with scheduling, he called and texted promptly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made delivery coordination completely seamless. Jakobe and Haywood absolutely crushed the white glove delivery. They were professional, efficient, incredibly polite, and took great care during setup. Everything was handled perfectly and the customer service from every single person involved truly stood out. Could not be happier with both the couch and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Our couch was delivered in less than a week by Edgars, who set everything up efficiently and took the boxes and wrap out when he left. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Had an amazing experience at Comfy Living Chicago! Honestly, the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The showroom is really well done and the selection is solid with amazing options for customization depending on the size of your space.Big shoutout to Andis, extremely helpful and clearly an expert of his craft. He gave us the space to actually look around and think, but was always right there when we had questions. That balance is hard to find and it made the whole visit way more enjoyable. You can tell he knows the inventory and genuinely wants to help you anyway he can to ensure you find the right fit.If you’re in Chicago and looking for furniture, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Recently bought a couch and did the white glove delivery. Excellent customer service and help with dropping off our new couch and removing our current couch. Would highly recommend. We also saw the warehouse in person and were able to try out all the couches.
