Andis was helpful and made the process painless. I did have to wait a couple of weeks but it was worth it. It’s very sturdy and quite comfortable. Haywood and Jakobe delivered it with care. They were very efficient. Highly recommend them.

Seamless & transparent throughout! We have been looking for a sectional for months now, searching for higher quality leather & comfortability. We were surprised that every time we found something we like elsewhere, we ended up coming home dissatisfied because of cheap feeling quality or feeling like you just sat in a 2X4. Hard.. anyways we found Modulove & gave them a call. I love when the owners are also the salesmen and actually run every aspect of their business. We called and one of the owners answered immediately, we had a few questions and ended up calling a few times, same guy, same immediate “happy to help” response. We ended up taking another chance on driving about an hour into the city & were hopeful to come home not completely dissatisfied and annoyed. The couch we originally called about was in fact there, the owner who we spoke to on the phone met us at the door, we were offered a drink at the store (my husband even said what kind of furniture store hands out free sparkling water?! We were joyfully shocked at the great service) The owner shows us to the couch we want and leaves to his desk!! I cannot tell you how I have blatantly walked straight out of SO MANY stores simply because I was not able to comfortably sit or lay or do anything bc the salesperson or manager is standing two feet away watching me & giving me a detailed sales pitch while trying to relate to me in some dim vague way, all in an effort to take my money. It rubs me the wrong way when salespeople are so see through in their attempt to pocket from you. Anywho- this was NOT the case here— The privacy and seamless, here it is, lmk if you need anything attitude made the whole experience calm and pleasant. We ended up buying the couch, they quickly pack it up for us and loaded it up into our van themselves as well! In under 10 minutes! - I just want acknowledge, this is a FANTASTIC store, amazingly smooth transaction, absolutely nothing felt off or wrong and we truly feel like this was a great buy! (Also we saved SOO much money!!!) The couch is amazing! we love it, quality is great you can feel the difference in the leather vs. the Chinese specials like at Provision furniture, setting it up was easy & we finally have a couch that isn’t literally painful in the ass to sit on nor was it to get!!!To the owners-Great job guys keep up the high standards and wonderful customer service attitude you will truly make a great name for yourselves & we wish you a successful year!

I purchased a custom color Alina modular sofa. The finished product looks amazing and is exactly what I needed. Staff was super helpful in picking out just the right configuration for my space. And the delivery crew was professional and understanding dealing with a less than easy building to deliver to.

I went with my friend last year to pick out a couch from Modulove and we had the best experience. It was a no brainer then for me when I started couch shopping on where to go. Seamless and quick plus so kind and caring. I wouldn’t shop for a couch anywhere else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We came in and saw the couch of our dreams … and of course, THEY SOLD IT! 😭😂 I’m still a little hurt about that one.BUT… we ended up buying a beautiful white L-shaped sectional, and we absolutely love it! 🙌🏽This place is seriously a hidden gem. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. Amazing prices, great service, and beautiful furniture without having to sell a kidney to afford it. 😂Even though somebody beat me to the couch I REALLY REALLY wanted 👀🤣, they still earned the 5 stars!Highly recommend checking them out — just don’t buy my couch before I get there next time! 😂😂

I went to the showroom and walked around testing couches for almost an hour without once being bothered or feeling any pressure. Once I decided on a couch they sat down with me and walked me through everything and delivered it to my apartment 4 days later.The 2 guys they sent were super professional and brought the pieces up my tiny spiral staircase and assembled it there in 10 minutes.I couldn’t recommend this company enough. The brothers are super nice and professional, and excellent quality and value products. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re in Chicago and need a couch!
