Keven's name randomly popped up on my Facebook... I can't call it fate because I know how technology works nowadays, if you're looking for something...it will find you. So I called. We spoke briefly about the basics and I could tell very quickly that this was the person I would go with. Almost immediately we got results. We went and saw nearly 40 houses. He worked around our schedule and kept a positive attitude, encouraging us throughout the process. Keven told me that his strength was "negotiating" but as a first time buyer I would say his biggest attribute was educating. He taught us so much on this journey. Pointing out potential obstacles each property could bring in the future. We were well informed by the time we were ready to make our decision. I have no idea Keven even had other clients.
