Within just a few minutes, Rob called me personally to confirm what was going on and let me know when he could be there.From the moment he arrived, he was extremely courteous, personable, and professional. He quickly figured out the issue, explained what needed to be done, and gave me three different repair options with pricing right there on the spot. There was no pressure at all, just a clear explanation of the options and what each would involve.Communication throughout the repair was also excellent. Without me ever having to ask, he sent me pictures of what he was finding along the way and photos of the completed work, while keeping me updated by text throughout the entire process. I always knew what was going on and where things stood.What really stood out to me was his commitment to getting our water back on that night. He worked until almost 11 PM and made it clear that he wasn’t leaving my family without water overnight. That meant a lot, especially considering this was an after-hours call.Even after finishing that night, he wanted to let the repair sit overnight to make sure everything held up properly. The next afternoon, he came back on his own to inspect everything again, verify there were no issues, and clean everything back up. I didn’t have to call or follow up with him. He took it upon himself to come back and make sure the job was completely taken care of.We ended up talking quite a bit while he was working, and he was just a genuinely good guy to talk to. We discussed Red One Plumbing, his goals for the company, and where he hopes to take it in the future. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and genuinely cares about the customer experience, not just completing the repair and moving on to the next call.I can definitely see why he goes by “Rob the hot water dude from Red One Plumbing.” Great guy, great service, and someone who clearly cares about doing the job right.
