Rob Morgan diagnosed my problem right away and he and his trainee fixed it. I waited several days to do this review so that I could make sure it was fixed and it is so far. Nice to have my full-time soft water back! Rob was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and I liked the way he was with his trainee.
