Stopped in today for the first time since before they opened (did a bread pick up there when they were under renovation and also visited them a few times at their Papillion location) and unlike my previous experiences, this time Was great! the young man behind the counter was very kind and helpful. I got a sourdough loaf which is yummy and a DF, GF cinnamon roll which I very much enjoyed. Was planning on eating half of the roll and saving some for breakfast and I ate the whole thing 🫣

I have a friend that is gluten intolerant. I told her we need to try this new place I heard about. Well we walked in to see a beautiful open and bright, very clean, and comfy bakery. The menu has several things to choose from. We ordered a sausage egg sandwich, French toast bake, and the potato, egg, and cheese power bowl. They were so good. The owner came and spoke with us to make sure we we liked what we ate, what we didn’t like, and spoke to us about how she got started. Truly an amazing testament to the gluten free community. I highly recommend this place. She really wants to help in all ways, even people who are not gluten intolerant it can help with inflammation issues. I will return many times. Thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of taking the gluten free sourdough class tonight and it was amazing!! The class, Been the owner, the bread, everything... It was a spectacular experience!! Highly highly recommend!! Beth is a little slice of heaven on earth and it's a blessing to us all she's decided to share her gifts with us all!! Wonderful experience, delicious goods and I now have all the tools to make my own bread and treats! You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit this shop.

Beth is amazing!! We are new to the celiac world and a trip to her kitchen was just what we needed to boost our spirits!! Cinnamon rolls happen to be our favorite thing, and when we bought some from Rebel Rise, we were beyond impressed!! Definitely going back for more! Need GF buns? Look no further! And the chocolate chip cookies are fantastic!! So thankful for this place!!

Literally the best GF cupcake I have ever had. I couldn't even tell the difference. In fact, it was better than the non GF cupcakes! We'll definitely be back every time!

Ooowweee gooey cinnamon rolls! Best ever!! Hardest thing to make gluten free so we’re thrilled to find someone who has the patience and expertise to make them!! The carrot cake cupcakes were wonderful too! Excited to see you are making meals too but disappointed that you don’t do delivery to Council Bluffs!

Some of the best gluten free foods i’ve had!! Incredible cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, pies, scones, and cookies (aka all the items i’ve tried so far). Highly recommend!!!

I recently was diagnosed with celiac and also have a severe egg allergy. I've been struggling to find treats that I enjoy that taste "normal", but after trying Rebel Rise it's been easy! The cinnamon rolls are amaaazzzing!
