I’ve had the pleasure of getting a variety of items from this wonderful bakery and bistro and it has ALL been so delicious!! As someone with multiple, severe food allergies- I have peace of mind knowing that the team here is so knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. This is such a gift when eating out and my husband (who doesn’t have any dietary restrictions) has also loved all of the food!

I Have been getting sourdough from Beth for a few years (pre brick and mortar location) and also took her very first sourdough class in her home. Her sourdough is amazing but be prepared for it to be more moist and chewy than you might expect (in a good way). Id suggest getting it unsliced. It's great toasted with butter and jam or just toasted with nothing on it!!I am also dairy free and have been very happy with the DF/gf chocolate chip cookies and gf/df cinnamon rolls. I tried a chocolate gf/df cupcake today and even after letting it fully warm up to room temp it was dry and lacked flavor. I was bummed so- I'll stick to the bread, cookies and cinnamon rolls.I'm Happy there is a bakery where I can go and get stuff that I know is safe. Dedicated, yummy gf/df items come with a price and rebel rise is no exception- their products are a bit of a splurge but I'd wager to say knowing I won't get sick when I eat there is invaluable. found Rebel Rise on TikTok and knew I had to stop in for my son’s gluten-free girlfriend. I came in on Valentine’s Day, and the sweetest girl behind the counter helped me with everything. I told her I found them on TikTok — and it turns out she’s the one who does their social media!Such a cute spot, and everything was perfect. My son’s girlfriend was SO excited about the treats that they ended up having their Valentine’s dinner there. Highly recommend!

I went to Rebel Rise for the first time today and their food was amazing!! I got recommended the raspberry crepe so I tried it and holy moly it was amazing!! I haven't had a crepe in years due to my celiac diagnosis so it was really, really cool to be able to eat something like this again. I also grabbed a cinnamon roll so I'm really excited to try that as well. Thank you all so much! Your restaurant made this celiac person feel happy, included, and normal for once. Keep your chin up and keep doing your thing!Also, as a neurodivergent individual, I loved the inside of your restaurant. The lighting, the low sound, the neutral smell. It made this ND person feel at home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!! I'll definitely be back soon.

Wonderful breakfast sandwiches! Sourdough bread was delicious and both sausage and ham versions were very flavorful with a generous amount of cheese. Both exceeded our expectations. Add in the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere to scratch kitchen approach and the result is a very delightful experience!

I have tried many different gluten free bakeries and in my opinion not one comes close to Rebel Rise. I’ve tried a cake slice, blueberry muffin, pumpkin bar, and cinnamon roll. Each was a wonderful balance of sweet and seasoned. The crumb was perfect, texture exceptional, and each bite moist. The front counter employee was friendly and the owner popped her head out from the kitchen to say hello and answer questions. I last minute decided to order lunch for myself as I was working in Omaha and was just wanted something to eat. With Celiac it can be so frustrating to find something safe to eat. I happened to Google gluten free restaurant and Rebel Rise popped up an boy was I lucky! I got a ham and cheese sandwich and was not expecting the warm delicious thick ham with melted cheese and some sort of mayo. It was so good and really made my day. Also once I realized it was a gluten free bakery I ordered a few things to try and was not disappointed. Over the next couple of days I tried the peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies and s'mores bar and all were amazing! I will now make Rebel Rise a part of any trip to Omaha!

The wait is finally over, for years my family has looked for gluten free options, from dry biscuits to unfulfilling slices of bread on sandwiches. Today we tried Rebel Rise for the first time and have found our new favorite bakery. Everything was so good and there was more options than I have ever seen in a gluten free section before, the gluten free section being EVERYTHING.An hour and a half drive for a plate of biscuits and gravy was more than worth it, the cinnamon roll was a delight and the service was phenomenal!!I insist everyone who has a gluten intolerance or allergy to try it, and I encourage everyone who doesn't to try it as well. Wish I could do 10 stars.

My first impression of Rebel Rise was very positive. Jude, at the front counter, was thoughtful, attentive to client needs, gracious and friendly and the variety of gluten free goods available was delightful. It's quite a unique experience when you have a wheat allergy to walk in and not be limited at all, and it all looked so beautiful and delicious. They also had some items that were dairy free, too!Today, I chose the all-you-can-eat charcuterie board. For the first time in years, I had crepes (which left nothing to be desired... they were delightful) and so many other tasty things (worthy of special note were the crepes, biscuits and gravy and cinnamon roll. Chef's kiss!).Thanks Rebel Rise for a special experience!

Cute place. Clean space and bathrooms and very bright and inviting space. Friendly and helpful service. Tons of gluten free options for sweet treats. Ordered breakfast bowl. It was quite a bit of potato and cheese and not much meat but tasted good. Ordered two cookies both were rock hard and pretty dry. The own came around and asked our thoughts and was receptive to feedback and brought us two new fresh cookies for free which was nice. My aunt ordered coffee and the young man was struggling with the coffee machine for maybe 20 mins. He was communicative and apologetic. Eventually brought a coffee cup 3/4 full and apologized again and said he sent payment back to the card for the coffee. Again, nice service, friendly and communicative receptive to feedback but not an outstanding first experience.

This place is unbelievable! Even though everything here is gluten free, nothing tastes like it is. I would rate their bread and cinnamon rolls ahead of any gluteny version I've ever had. In addition, the owner is super nice and friendly. Even sent me home with some samples for my celiac child. Will definitely be coming back regularly!

My wife has a very serious allergen that goes beyond gluten and celiac. We thought we would stop in just to see what was offered. Unfortunately the person behind the counter could not really answer questions around allergens and what was in quite a bit of the baked goods, pizza dough etc. It would be get to have an allergen list on what is used in the baked goods, bread, etc. due to the lack of knowing exactly was in the food she was not able to have anything, I did have the cinnamon roll which was good.

I had the absolute pleasure of taking the gluten free sourdough class tonight and it was amazing!! The class, Been the owner, the bread, everything... It was a spectacular experience!! After we ordered and paid for crepes, they told us they were out of the mix. Then they were also out of waffle mix. I ordered French toast instead. Someone else in our group also got French toast and theirs had blueberries and cream cheese. Mine was four small slices of the toast. The protein that came with my original order was also forgotten and only brought out after we asked.Other people in my group tried my food and agreed it wasn’t good. We didn’t eat it after trying it, which I hate doing because I don’t like wasting food. For $15, this was really disappointing. I appreciate having gluten-free options, but this wasn’t worth the price.

We got a pumpkin donut, chocolate cake, cupcake, cinnamon roll, and breakfast pizza. Everything was good, but by far our favorite was the breakfast pizza and cinnamon roll! I recommend this place if you can’t have gluten. It was relaxing to go to a place knowing everything was safe to eat for our child with celiacs.

Just wanted to shout out to Rebel Rise… they really “ Rose” to the occasion when we had a last minute request the day before Thanksgiving for some special sweets and rolls for our daughter. Since having an anaphylactic episode this spring related to her Celiac Disease she’s been ultra careful with her diet so to allow her some assurance these were safe items meant the world to her! They didn’t have everything we were looking for available on the shelves so offered to deliver the goods later in the evening (cinnamon rolls, pumpkin pie, dinner rolls and pumpkin bars)! They were ALL delicious! They now have another faithful and appreciative customer!
