I would give SV Remodeling 6 STARS if I could! We have hired SV several times over the past several years for painting inside and outside of our home, hanging ceiling fans/changing electrical outlets, changing a bathroom exhaust fan, cleaning out our downspouts, made us a GREAT and Beautiful custom made crawl space door (even trimmed it out!!) and concrete repairs, and likely more work that I can recall. I trust them implicitly. They are professional and consciences and timely. All this a FAIR price. Sergio is great at communication!! Hire them!!

I hired Sergio to pressure wash and paint the inside and outside of my house.Sergio’s team did a fabulous job and exceeded my expectations!He made sure everything was done properly and didn’t nickel and dime me for extra work.The team arrived promptly and were more than respectful.He’s always in touch with me so I always know what’s on the agenda for the day.

Sergio and his crew have done a few projects for us. We moved to NC last year. He had done most renovations at my friends Creedmoore home and she advised he was honest, good prices and professional. We had our bathroom completely renovated and our water lines replaced underneath the house. Would recommend his business for all your needs.

The men started on the date promised and completed the job in a timely manner.
