Unfortunately, I did not have a good customer service experience with this company. I contacted them because I needed information regarding work they had previously completed on a property my client purchased, and I was simply trying to get some clarification for my client.Initially, I was told that I had the wrong number and was dismissed. However, I later received a call back from someone at the company. During that conversation, I was told, “Could you just get to the point? We are busy here.”I understand that businesses can be busy, but I believe customers and professionals reaching out on behalf of their clients should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism.Unfortunately, based on my experience, the customer service was very disappointing.
