I had lost my longtime contractor to the allure of house flipping and needed someone to complete a living room remodel. After an exhaustive search, I requested a quote from DNA Remodeling and decided to give them a try. I was astounded by the product they installed! They were here every day as expected, took care not to get dust everywhere, and kept me informed throughout the process. But above all, they came in with a reasonable quote and there were no surprises (cost wise) during the renovation. They will be my first call for my next project, for sure.

We needed a company to build us a custom bar in the basement in our new house. The builder had roughed in all the plumbing but that's it. We looked at 3 different companies in NoVa, and in the end, we selected DNA Remodeling.They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, but they clearly captured what we wanted in the design phase better than the other 2 companies. Having used many remodeling companies in NoVa since 1985, I can unequivocally state that DNA Remodeling was the best we have ever worked with.Oscar had great suggestions for the bar design, and even accommodated a few on-the-fly changes. They were punctual, stuck to the schedule, seriously cleaned up at the end of each day, did fabulous work, and were a pleasure to work with. Our bar included a large bar sink and disposal, an apartment size dishwasher, a beverage refrigerator, and a built-in icemaker. We also needed a bar design that could accommodate bar height stools and a lower sitting area for wheelchair bound guests, in addition to a drink rail in the billiards room next to the bar (not shown in the pictures).We will definitely be using Oscar and DNA Remodeling again.
