I just finished my journey of getting implants at Ivory Dental. From start to finish they were amazing to work with. I don't think anyone looks forward to going to any dentist, but I didn't not look forward to each appointment! The staff (all of them) are top notch. The Dentist (Dr. Tew) is on another level. He loves what he does and works on you as though you were a family member. From start to finish not one person has accused me of having "fake" teeth. Dr. Hart and Dr. Tew the absolute best! Prior to Ivory dental, I went to another office and unfortunately had a very traumatic experience that ended with a full mouth of failed implants. I met with Ivory dental after for a consultation and they were so professional, kind and encouraging. It took me over a year to overcome my fear and Ivory dental was so understanding and provided me with the reassurance that me and my family needed to proceed. We had the best experience with my all on X implants. Their entire team (Ian, Kelly, Lonnie—their entire staff) are all so amazing. They treated me like family and I cannot thank them enough because they have immensely improved my quality of life. Prior to my implants, my family made accommodations to my meals (softer, cutting) and they no longer need to. Well above 5 stars. I've had top dentures for 16 years. I went to nuvia and right of the bat they told me I'm not a candidate because they only do in and out patient's. My husband found Dr Hart. He was so confident in being able to use smaller implants on the top. He succeeded and did a good job. Everyone in the office is so friendly and like family. Dr.Hart really focuses on getting your teeth cemetrical and fit just right. We got the zirconia teeth so for the first 12 weeks they give you other permanent ones but it's well worth it because adjustments can be made to get the fit perfect. The PRICE is really good and lower than others. We wanted top of the line service and product with out the top of the line price we definitely got it! If you are even thinking about options definitely give them a call. Now I can't wait to blast my old dentures into PIECES!!😃 Less

I have been working with Ivory Dental for over a month now. I wanted to wait till I was done to write a review. Being 98% done with what needs to be done I figured it was time. If you are questioning if you should go here for your dental work. This is the review for you. I was not paid or offered a discount for this review and I wanted to give my honest feedback as finding a great trustworthy dentist is very difficult. Let me start by saying I worked with Dr.Tew. I had a full mouth restoration done and it costed me tens of thousands of dollars. They were actually cheaper than Nuvia. I got a consultation there first. About 10k cheaper actually. With much better customer service and the feeling that they actually cared. I went in to get a full mouth of implants, ready to pay the price for it as well. After my consultation here Dr.Tew advised it was not as bad as I thought and I did not need to go that far. Even though I was ready to purchase implants he wanted to offer a cheaper and better alternative to save my natural teeth. This happened the first day I met him. I was very impressed by this and it made me feel this is not a money grab and that they wanted to actually help you. I felt the opposite at Nuvia. A week after my consultation I got an infection in a tooth I knew had a problem. I let it be and thought it may go away like it has before, but my cheek swelled up. It was at its worst on a sunday. When Ivory is closed. I knew I needed a prescription to get rid of the infection. On a sunday I reached out by text to Ian. Their wonderful employee you work with for your consultation. He quickly connected with Dr.Tew and within 2 hours ON A SUNDAY they had a prescription filled for me. A couple days later the infection had subsided enough to wait for my procedure. I wanted to add this. After this customer service and care I knew I wanted to have them do everything I needed done. Mind you, this all happened before I even decided to get my work done with Ivory. I didn't even give them a dollar at this point. After getting a deep cleaning done, I waited to get my procedure done. I opted to be asleep for the whole thing because I have had bad experiences at dentists. We all have. While I may be different. After this surgery, I was pain free the next day. Until I got dry socket. Now this was my own doing and Ivory did not cause this. I was stupid. Outside of dry socket, I was pain free. Considering what I had done, I could not believe it. As of writing this review, I am 98% done with my whole procedure. I will update this review if anything changes. It is crazy to think about a month ago I was just like you reading reviews trying to find a dentist I could trust to fix my mouth. Well I will tell you. I could not recommend Ivory enough. My girlfriend already has an appointment though she was not as severe as me along with my dad will be looking at them as well. Give them a shot. I am glad I did. Less

My experience today for my consultation today was great. The environment was very relaxing, especially for it being a dental office. The staff were all amazing. Ian was great at listening to my concerns and answering any questions I had. I went to Dr. Hart for a second opinion about a treatment I was told I needed, and found out that treatment wasn’t even the right fit for me. Dr. Hart set me up with a new treatment plan that I feel much more comfortable with and that will end up saving me money, time, and trouble down the road. Best of the best, I’ve been to a couple of other places (Nuvia, etc.). Ivory is smaller and treated me like a friend instead of just another customer. I was impressed with how much time they spent with me. They pulled up the scan, explained exactly how things would be done then answered my myriad of questions. We discussed the risks involved and potential alternatives. They also detailed several other options, then answered more questions. One huge benefit over the competition? There are multiple options for financing, several more than the competition offered. The cherry on top? Ivory was the least expensive while providing the most premium services and products. When I filled out my information for Ivory Dental online, it was a pipe dream. It was far fetched to believe I could fix my teeth. The entire staff was extremely kind and efficient! Ian was great! He made my1st visit quick and painless, and explained everything in great detail. He made me feel comfortable in a dentists office for the first time in my life!! Continued.. I scheduled a free consultation after doing my own research about options for some broken teeth. I was convinced I wanted to do all-on-x treatment and have all my teeth pulled and replaced with zirconia arches. Ian spoke with me a couple of times over the phone prior to my consultation and answered a lot of questions in a very helpful manner. I met with him and Dr. Brody Hart at my appointment. Dr. Hart looked at my X-rays and told me I didn't need a $35,000 procedure. He went through each tooth in my mouth with me and explained what needed and could be done without doing irreversible surgery. The final recommendation was less than $6000 and would fix my immediate problems and improve my smile. They took full x-rays and then met with the dentist so that he could explain the procedure and answer any questions we had. Ian took the time to explain the rest of the process and pricing and to answer additional questions. I will just start this review off by saying that these people are my favorite humans! I have never had a good experience going to the dentist, I have terrible anxiety and I have had to be sedated for dental visits in the past, regardless of the procedure. Went in for a free consultation and my experience couldn't have been better. Got me in quickly for the x-ray, then while waiting for the doctor to review the x-ray the assistant Ian sat with me and went over the entire process start to finish should I move forward. Once Dr. Hart finished with the x-rays he went over everything that needed to be done and explained all my options and each bit of work that need to be done. Any questions I had were answered happily and satisfactorily. Next Ian went over all the pricing for the procedures needed and all of the financing options. So far these guys have been amazing, I went to another dentist for all on 4 (got as far as temporaries) and didn’t feel as if I was being given much in the way of option and I did a consultation with ivory and was provided (in the way of option) in that 1 consult more than in 7 months with my original dentist. My experience is nothing short of amazing.Dr Hart and his staff have giving me a new faith in dentistry!! Throughout my years of having to go to dentists, I have had trauma, and didn't feel I could trust any dentist. My experience at Dr Harts’s office has been exceptional. The doctor is so kind and patient. He has also been very detailed in explaining all my options before each procedure. The staff is extremely supportive, helpful and timely. My implants have been awesome they have been a large upgrade compared to my regular crowns. I am extremely hard on my teeth and all the help from the office dealing with my various problems comes with sensitivity and in a timely manner. I always have a great experience at each visit. Less

I can not say enough about this place. The doctors and assistants are some of the nicest most caring people I have had the privilege to meet! I came in with some pretty significant mouth/teeth problems. It’s been something I’ve been embarrassed about most of my life. They showed no judgment and told me they would make me happy and live what I saw. I am middle aged and when I told them I wanted all my teeth removed and that I wanted implants, Dr. Hart told me he would want to see an X-ray and do a thorough check first. He told me I was too you g just to pull them all. Once he saw the issues with my teeth he made an educated decision to remove all upper and some bottom molars. I am not all the way finished with the process yet but am overly satisfied with everything! They have told me exactly what to expect the whole time, making me as comfortable as possible. I am lucky to be local so I can go to Ivory Dental but even if I wasn’t a local I would travel anywhere in the country to use them for the same thing.
